Skate Fit Fitness Classes
Day: Every Wednesday
Time: 7pm-8pm
Cost: £5 Per session (Includes skate hire if required)

Skate Fit is a great new way of keeping fit and having fun for ladies. This new program is for all levels of fitness and skating ability.The Skater Fit session last 60 minutes with the first 45 minutes

of fitness instruction based around skating and floor exercises.The final 15 minutes is for free skating to your favourite music when our instructor can give you some tips to help improve your skating, or maybe even teach you to skate backwards (for those of us that can’t).
The class is designed to be fun while providing a good level of healthy exercise while helping you keep fit and lose weight.The class is run by qualified Personal Trainer Lloyd Wright
